After my delivery, I struggled with digestive issues, weight fluctuations, and low self-esteem.
Over the years, I've flown all over the world, interviewed leading experts, and I've consumed countless trainings, books, and podcasts to optimize my health.
Through my firsthand experience as a former oncology pharmacist I learned the limitations of traditional care. My training as a functional medicine practitioner opened up my eyes to a whole new system of wellness.
